How I started the business... I was visiting my parents in Fresno Ca back in 2013 and they had a pool at there home. I was sitting in the living room and a man walked into the backyard with a small cup in his hand. I watched him as he tossed some powder into there pool and walked away. He was there for no more than 2 minutes. There was no initial testing which should happen each visit there was no logging information, no turning on the pumps, sweeper and or system to check that there weren't any issues brushing the pool walls or checking skimmers and or valves. He just walked out of their backyard, closed the gate and drove off.

I was very perplexed and waited to ask my father..."Who that was and what was his job...? My father told me he was their pool service guy and that they pay him for full service which includes, brushing sides, cleaning out baskets, skimmers and sweepers along with balancing all chemicals and checking that the pool equipment was running smoothly.

Needless to say this did not take place and from that point on I was on a mission to build a business based on family values and treating people right but also trying to go the extra mile to provide the service they pay for.

Certifications, License, Liability Insurance, Building the website, the name and then hitting the pavement to earn the business. I never bought a route always let my work speak for itself.
